Returns

Not satisfied with your order? (This happens) Send us an email, lets see if we can make it right. Otherwise, you have ​14 days to return an item from the date you received it*

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused.  It must be in the same exact condition that you received it.  You must pay and ship it back with the original packaging. Please send us a picture and we’ll take it from there.

Please be sure to include your receipt / proof of purchase.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL for GEL POLISH (15ML), MONOMER,RAW GLITTERS, CHROME MIRROR POWDER, and all items from the CLEARANCE and ANY ACCESSORIES categories.

Refunds

The are certain qualifying conditions where we may issue a refund. We may or may not ask you to return the item. If we do:

  • Please pack the items inside its original box and ship it back Fenixx Nail Co Head Quarters.
  • Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you that we have received your returned item
  • We will inspect it as part of our quality control process
  • We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or re-ship the item or items.
  • If you credit is approved you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If your package was not delivered

Things happen to packages we understand.  At Fenixx Nail Co, we pride ourselves on making our customers happy, so if your order is defected appear between packing and shipping – – it’s on us (case by case basis).

However, once we place a shipping label on your package and its in route by the carrier – things are simply out of our hands. We do not offer refunds or re-shipments of new products if your package is lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address (so, please double check your address, especially apartment numbers!)
