Returns
Order messed up? (This happens) Send us an email, lets see if we can make it right depending upon the circumstance you have 14 days to notify us of an issue and return an item from the date you received it*
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused. It must be in the same exact condition that you received it. You must pay and ship it back with the original packaging. Please send us a picture and we’ll take it from there.
Please be sure to include your receipt / proof of purchase.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL for GEL POLISH (15ML), MONOMER,RAW GLITTERS, CHROME MIRROR POWDER, and all items from the CLEARANCE and ANY ACCESSORIES categories.

If your package was not delivered
Things happen to packages we understand. At Fenixx Nail Co, we pride ourselves on making our customers happy, so if your order is defected appear between packing and shipping – – (case by case basis)(please be sure to purchase shipping protection)
However, once we place a shipping label on your package and its in route by the carrier – things are simply out of our hands. We do not offer refunds or re-shipments of new products if your package is lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address (so, please double check your address, especially apartment numbers!)
