You cannot add extra items or cancel the order. Order processing takes 3-5 business days, and shipping time is separate from order processing.
While we attempt to ship orders together.
We usually ship them as they come in and in the order they were placed to avoid any mistakes.
If you enter the wrong shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at orders@FenixxNailCo.com. Include your name and order number in the email. We cannot update the shipping address once the order has been processed. Order processing takes 1-3 business days.
Please note that our jars are filled by capacity, not weight.

If your package is lost or stolen.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to track and account for your order once it leaves the Fenixx Facility. You have the option to purchase insurance or choose priority USPS shipping for your order. If you do not, you are liable for your package.
Please note that all 2OZ Acrylics, Ombre' Acrylics, bundles, and clear acrylics come in circle jars. Only Pro Luxx comes in a square 3.57 oz jar, while Color Luxx and Glitter Haven come in a .5 oz square jar.
