 Please email us ORDERS@Fenixxnailco.com with regards to your order, please include your name and order number. 

What if the product you want is out of stock?

 Please sign up for our product notification on the sold out product. When the item is restocked, you will receive an an email letting you know the item is restocked.

 Would you like to add/ edit yourorder once it has been placed?

 Order processing takes 3-5 business days.  Once an order has been processed you will not be able to add extra items.  Please contact us by email cafenixx@icloud.com to add items.  Please be sure to add you name and order number.  We do not accept order cancellations after an order has been placed.  Shipping time is not a part of order processing.  

What if you enter the wrong shipping address?

 Please be sure to contact us by email ASAP at cafenixx@icloud.com please include your name and your order number. We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed.  Order processing can take 1-3 business days.

Our jars our filled by capacity not weight.
